It's worth mentioning that this wonderful experience gave me a sweet taste of helping others. It also explained the meaning of the proverb,“Helping others is the source of happiness."
值得一提的是，这段美妙的经历让我尝到了助人为乐的甜头。这也解释了“帮助他人是幸福之源”这句谚语的含义。

I believe that every morning there is a new rising sun, and you can always have a new experience.
However, there are some that have influenced me to such an extent that I'll benefit from them for the rest of my life.
